Terms of Service

Content on this site — including copy, designs, case studies and mockups — belongs to TechTipsTool or its clients. You may view and share it, but not republish or resell it without written permission.

Prices shown on the site are indicative starting points. The scope, timeline and final price for any project are confirmed in a written quotation or proposal before work begins.

Anything outside the agreed scope is treated as a change request and quoted separately.

Unless agreed otherwise, projects start with an advance and are invoiced in milestones. Access to final files and deployment follows full payment.

You are responsible for supplying content, brand assets and timely feedback, and for confirming that you have the rights to any material you provide to us.

On full payment, you own the final delivered website and its content. We retain rights to our underlying tooling, templates and know-how, and may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

We deliver our work with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as rankings, traffic or revenue. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the work concerned.
